Building Hoist Mast Section for Sc200/200 Construction Hoist

Guide track bracket is the running rail of the hoist. The guide is made up of mast section whose height is 1508mm(classifiesd into light, medium and heavy section) and is connected with M24×220 or M24×260 high-strength bolts and bolt pre-tightening torque is no less than 300Nm. Mast section is welded up by seamless steel, angle steel and steel pipe. There are racks installed onto the mast sections and the racks are fastened to them with three hexagon screws, which make it possible to change the racks. Rabbets are welded at the end of the four main chords, and pins are provided at the lower part of the racks, so that make sure the accurate position of the sections. Their cross sections are  650mm× 650mm  or  800 mm×800 mm square sections. The guide is connected to buildings via adhering devices.
